Responsibility:
-Adherence to SYKES policies on ethics and integrity.
-Ensures attainment of service level standards according to agreement with the Client;
-Build and maintain good relationship with clients
-Monitor customer service/technical support's skills of agents from the team and recommends additional training when needed;
-Conducts training to existing and newly hired agents
-Integrate consumer insights and expertise into the business teams to influence decisions, and leverage consumers as influencers to advocate our company & brands

Requirements:

-Two (2) years’ team management experience and networking presales working experience

College Degree or above

-CCNP or higher certification (certification can be obtained within first 6 months providing Services);

Proficiency in English appropriate for receiving training and using tools in English and fluency in the language(s) supported (oral and written communications); Capable to read and comprehend English written technical document.

-Master on using Excel, PowerPoint to make report and presentation, and able to express report and presentation in English

-Good analytical and problem solving skills;

-Master communication skills; Proactively spot issue in team operation, coach team member on routine, have strong sense of responsibility for team management.

-Strong customer service skills and thorough understanding of Customers’ etiquette, customs, and cultural expectations; ability to establish and maintain customer relationships; and technical proficiency (i.e., familiarity with common business software, contact center systems, Internet navigation, networking, data center, telecommunications, and telephony)
