Responsibilities:
Supplier sourcing, development, management, and procurement.
1. Supplier identification in existing supplier or source potential supplier according to end user's requirement.
2. Evaluate and qualify potential supplier per company procedure.
3. Maintain good relationship with existing suppliers and push supplier performance improvement on quality, delivery, cost, payment terms, etc.
4. Draft and review purchasing agreement, tooling agreement, etc., commercial terms negotiation.
5. Send RFQ to supplier, review and negotiate to get a competitive price.
6. Coordinate with team if any problems, get the problem resolved with team in sense of result orientation.
7. Manage & responsible for execution and completion of order processing includes cost review, placing orders, delivery, payment and coordinating quality issues, etc.
8. Continue improvement process work, 5S. Other tasks to meet company'


Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in Science/Engineering.
2. Responsiveness, Self-driven, Confident, Resourceful, and team cooperation.
3. Minimum 3 years working experience in industrial field.
4. Be sensitive to technology and cost.
5. Sourcing experience in mechanical or similar industry is preferred.
6. Experience in metal sheet work or CNC machining is preferred;
7. Good command of English.
8. Skilful in MS office/Drawing or SAP is preferred.
