职位描述
The Role:
1. To establish good and healthy relationship with existing and/or assigned potential Japanese accounts in China and explore for customers'needs & business potentials basing on their growth and expansion
2. To upgrade sales performance and outcome through working closely with Regional Key Account Manager
3. To execute sales development functions including customer visit, proposal & quotation preparation and material forecast
4. To handle overdue payment and customer complaint resolving by internal departments co-ordination
5. To follow up on marketing strategy and product promotion program as to gain market share aligning with Japanese investments in China
6. To manage and monitor sales progress, potential customer projects and assigned accounts status on weekly & monthly basis reflecting by reports
The Requirements:
1. Native Japanese speaker and able to speak English or Putonghua (an advantage)
2. Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Marketing/ Business
3. Relevant sales & marketing / business development / customer services experience in electroplating industry (including surface treatment and electronics),
4. Energetic, devoting, self-motivated and result-oriented
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
6. Willing to travel within China
7. Relocate to Guangzhou or Shanghai (China) is a Must
