Duties

- Coordinate with Footwear Team for sourcing (check the factory) and technical support
- Incoming material checking
- Check the produce quality in all sections of production
- Fitting checking
- Laboratory knowledge
- Apply final AQL inspection of products according standard
- Daily / weekly report
- Carry out daily technical audits according company policy

Requirements

- More than 8 years with high skill level for Women's branded leather footwear
- Experience with final inspection, incoming material, quality control and audit inspections procedures
- Good technical knowledge of shoe making in all sections
- Can analyze problems and provides suggestion for work improvement
- Good understanding about last, paper pattern, full size and cutting die approval process
- Good written English, understanding Cantonese preferably
