职位描述
Position Purpose:
This position is to contribute to the development of our adoption-led business by providing academic and product support to the
sales and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities and Measures:
？ 1、Product management
？ To study products and provide analysis on product key features, advantages and benefits for customers.
？ competition analysis: product report on rivals key products ( FAB, pedagogy, assessment etc.)
？ consultancy for projects on products, pedagogy and ELT curriculum architect
？ internal and external product training
？ 2、External Teacher Training
？ To present and train teachers on a variety of Pearson products at teacher training events as arranged by ELT
Sales /Marketing team. Events can be Adoption training (0.5 days – 3 days) or commercial training events.
？ 3、Internal product training
？ To give product training to our sales / marketing team.
？ To prepare web and intranet content, etc, as required, with main emphasis on items needing academic content, under
the general guidance of the Line Manager.
？ 4、General
？ To collaborate in Marketing activities, as necessary, to achieve team objectives
Requirement & Qualification:
？ Master degree or above with over 5 years of ELT product management experience is essential, with advantage for
candidates who are from the educational or related sector;
？ Strong knowledge in local ELT education market;
？ Good communication skills – both in writing and oral are essential, Internal and external and various levels of
engagement
？ Good presentation and training skills
？ Self-directed & target orientated, must be able to set priorities and manage time to assure deadlines and targets are met
？ Well organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to meet deadlines
？ Other favourable attributes include: team-player, open-minded, resilient, and a fast learner.
