Purpose of position:

To assist FM and act as key role from CD pillar, deeply involve into WCM activities.

Work closely with other pillars and give strong support to them to deploy activities on schedule at request. As the backup of project analysis and give support this role during absence period.

Job Responsibilities:

1. According to WCM CD instruction, prepare training materials and give training to Fin team and other pillars at a regular base

2. Implement CD activities, and work closely with related pillars and ICT to optimize the data collection (waste and loss) at an automatic way

3. To do Cost deployment periodically (3 times/ year) to analyze the waste and loss, and prioritize them and give orientation to other pillars to work with it

4. Work with other pillars to calculate/ evaluate the saving from each of KAZAN (QK, SK. MK and AK) at a regular base

5. Assist FM to prepare necessary presentation/supporting documents for internal auditors from Fiat group (twice/ year)

6. Give constructive proposal to support other pillars to improve their activities to reach WCM requirements.

7. Work closely with WCM team to cost deployment for any of new activities, such as logistic, EEM (Early Equipment Management)

8. Work closely with Costing manager to prepare budget about efficiencies per deadline from HQ

9. On monthly basis to prepare score card (KPIs) per deadline

10. Work with production team to analyze the efficiencies, incl. labor efficiency, OEE and give relevant explanation to FM and PLANT manager

11. Compare budget vs. actual to highlight the major deviation and give explanation to FM and Plant manager with constructive proposal for continuous improvement

12. As a backup of project analysis and support this role during the absence of this position at certain period

13. Reconcile the actual saving with budget to evaluate the additional efforts from PLANT to each of business lines.

Job Requirements:

1. University degree major in Accounting or Economy or Business Management

2. Minimum 4 years working experience in Foreign Invested Manufacturing Company

3. At least 2 years with lean manufacturing experience at manufacturing environment, and leaning experience from car manufacturing or electronic manufacturing environment is preferred

4. Comprehend operating procedure in Production, Engineering, Quality and Logistics

5. Understanding CAS and IFAS principal and Customs Regulations

6. Familiar with ERP software not only in finance function but also manufactory and distribution functions as well as MS-Office packages;

7. A member of teamwork and excellent apprehensibility with logic sense

8. Good command of English both in spoken and written

9. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
