招聘职位：财务总监 1名

岗位职责：

1. 负责公司财务预算、决算、会计监督及财务管理工作；

2. 负责公司成本核算、收入和财务分析，完成费用计划和成本控制；

3. 制定公司资金运营计划，保证公司战略发展的资金需求。编制财务报告，为公司决策提供可靠的财务依据。

4. 对公司税收进行整体筹划与管理，按时完成税务申报以及年度财务审计工作

5. 负责公司日常财务管理，主持、管理财务部全面工作。

资质要求：

1．了解中国税务法规和相关税收政策，熟悉银行业务和报税流程

2．最好对香港及英美财务会计制度有一定理解。

3．5年以上工作经验，其中两年以上IT行业，两年以上财务部部门领导经验。

4．具备中级以上会计师资格证书。

5．能够阅读相关英文资料，能够用英语进行交流。

6．要求广东户口。

Position: Financial Controller

Job description :
Nodes Technologies is a Chinese-run B2B broker specialized in exporting high-end network equipment to western development countries. Thanks to our successful sales strategy focusing on outstanding customer service, we have increased sales volumes monthly and built a quality image on the market. In order to support our steady growth and financial management demand, we are now recruiting a financial Controller that will be in charge of financial department. We will offer to the right candidate an excellent package and opportunity to further develop his/her career in a challenging industry.


Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for financial budgets and final accounts, accounting supervision and financial management;
2. Responsible for cost accounting, income and financial analysis, completed cost plans and cost control;
3. Making operating plan of company funds, and ensure the funding needs of the company's strategic development. The preparation of financial reports, and provide reliable financial basis for the company decision-making.
4. Overall planning and management, and timely completion of tax returns and annual financial audit work on corporate tax.
5. Responsible for the daily financial management, presided the comprehensive work of the Finance Department.
Qualification Requirements:
1. Understand the Chinese tax regulations and tax policies, familiar with banking and tax processes.
2. Understanding Hong Kong and the Anglo-American financial accounting system in some degree.
3. More than five years working experience (in the IT industry for more than two years). More than two years leadership experiences in Finance department
4. With intermediate or higher accounting qualification certificate.
5. Able to read English and speak in English.
6. Candidate should have Guangdong household registration
