工作职责：

1. 带领客服订单管理团队，负责国内，国际订单的处理工作，并负责客户关系的维护；
2. 对客户长期的需求作出预测、评估和分析，为供应商的长期MPS提供依据；
3. 向客服经理提交各类报告和报表（销售额,投诉报告等）
4. 对供应商（OEM 工厂）的生产计划的执行与产能进行分析和监督，对关键工序的监控；
5. 负责SAP系统销售订单的操作以及库存的管理；
6. 跟进订单系统的后续工作如：物流、运输、海关等相关流程的监控；
7. 负责所属团队的行政管理工作，如绩效考核（KPI）、例会、客户满意度调查及分析等。

职位要求;

1. 大专或以上学历，英语、国际贸易或计算机等相关专业毕业；
2. 3年多的客户服务经验，熟悉客户订单及需求计划分析；
3. 熟悉客户服务的工作流程，有良好的沟通技巧，善于维护客户关系；
4. 有较强的时间计划管理经验，善于合理分配工作；
5. 良好的英文听、说、读、写能力；
6. 熟练操作电脑，熟SAP/ ERP系统优先。
