职位描述

JD Overview:

Implements human resource policy at the business function (Department) level partnering with function managers to drive wide programs and initiatives

Day to day support and guide function managers to deal with HR matters for relative business functions. Day to day work with HR colleagues to deal with HR matters in staffing, training, C&B and admin.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure managers and employees of the business function understand the company policy and procedures, applying them fairly and consistently across the organization.

2. Coaching/advising manager to ensure that HR matters are effectively dealt with. Provide proactive resourcing HR advice and guidance to plant leadership team and HR colleagues at all levels in the business functions.

3. To establish and develop a dialogue and relationship with leadership team and other HR colleagues to understand the key resource issues and associated requirements to meet both current and future organizational challenges.

4. To lead the activities of business function to translate the resourcing requirements developed by the OD&L, Staffing, C&B, Admin team into achievable resource plans.

5. Seek to continuously improve the quality and value of the HR service provided to the organization

6. Developing, managing and implementing a range of initiatives and specific projects within agreed timescales and budgets to support the delivery of business function objectives.

7. To represent the HR team at appropriate business function

8. To undertake any other duties as required to meet the needs of the business function.

Requirements:

1) Have the HR manager experience in the sizeable manufacturing plant;

2) Demonstrate professional HR background.

3) Good competencies in achievement motivation, influencing skill, Judgment skill, resource and project management.

4) Fluent spoken English.
