The Customer Support Specialist should be either a medical physicist or a service engineer familiar with treatment planning systems and dosimetry systems for radiotherapy. He / She will work closely with hospital’s radiation oncologists and medical physicists to install, train users and maintain IBA’s Dosimetry products and systems. Making product presentations to prospective customers and advising / supporting IBA’s distributors in Asia Pacific (including China) in order to promote our products is also an inherent part of this function. Frequent travel in Asia Pacific will be required.

Pre-sales:
Presenting and promoting IBA’s Dosimetry solutions to prospects, distributors and IBA sales staff.
Training of sales and support personnel in IBA and Distributors.
Promote sales of service agreements.

Post-sales:
Train new users on IBA products and provide upgrade training for existing users.
Handle day to day customer service : receptions of orders / technical request, follow up and prepare quotations / hotline support.
Communicate with customers : incident management, customer inquiries handling, complaint management.
Maintain and repair IBA systems.
Manage software updating and upgrading process for all IBA systems under warranty and/or under service contract.


Education:
University Degree in physics, medical physics or computer science.
Working experience as a Radiotherapy Physicist is a major advantage

Competences:
Excellent knowledge and experience with Treatment Planning Systems, in particular from Varian, ADAC/Philips, CMS/Elekta.
Excellent knowledge and experience with data communications, in particular with DICOM, RT-DICOM and other industry standards.
Experience with dose delivery systems and dosimetry systems
Able to work independently and highly motivated
Fluency in English (reading and speaking)
Excellent interpersonal skills

客户支持专家应该是一名医学物理师，或是一名售后支持工程师，对放疗治疗计划系统和剂量验证系统要相当熟悉。他/她在医院与肿瘤科医师和放射物理师密切合作, 安装和维护IBA放射剂量产品和系统,并对用户作必要的培训. 本职位的另外一个职责是在亚太地区包括中国在内为潜在用户作产品讲座,并对经销商提供技术支持从而促进产品的销售. 本职位要求在亚太地区经常出差.

售前:
为潜在用户,经销商及内部同事演示并推广IBA的剂量解决方案;
为从事销售的同事及经销商提供培训;
推广售后服务合同.
售后:
为新用户提供产品培训并对已有用户提供产品升级培训
处理日常的售后支持工作，回答和跟进客户的技术问题。对客户需要的部件进行报价以及售后支持的热线支持（包括电话和邮件）
和客户进行及时沟通：处理用户反馈，使用客户反馈管理系统
保养和维护IBA的硬件产品
管理保修期或者售后服务合同期内IBA产品升级及升级的流程

教育背景:
大学本科或以上, 专业为物理,医用物理或计算机科学
有放疗物理师经验更佳
能力要求:
熟知治疗计划系统,尤其是瓦里安,ADAC/飞利浦, CMS/医科达系统
熟悉数据沟通, 尤其是DICOM, RT-DICOM及其他产业标准
了解加速器治疗系统和剂量验证系统
能够独立工作并且态度积极
英语精通(听说读写)
人际沟通技术良好

IBA 历史 / 领衔技术前沿 20 年

1947 年： Louvain-la-neuve 天主教大学（ UCL ）的粒子回旋加速器研究中心生产了粒子回旋加速器。
