Job responsibilities:

1) Support in bidding process, coordinate with SRM, Legal and treasury team on the commercial deviation, feedback to sales team and submit the final commercial deviation for management approval.

2) Prepare contract review form, monitor the contract signature process and handle for contract filing. Create Sales Order in SAP, also process the copper booking for big project.

3) Projects discount review including the projects cost status, forecast, payment status, billing plan, cash flow status, prepare the document and submit for management review.

4) To monitor and ensure proper contract administration, including contract change, cash-in and commercial related negotiation with customer est.

5) Other ad-hoc analysis report regard to order.

Job Requirements:

1) At least 1 years experience in commercial or finance function

2) Bachelor or above Degree

3) Fluent English writing and reading skill

4) Sense of business, especially on commercial arena

5) Good communication skill, conscientious, team player, ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast paced environment
