Description : The role of the HR Assistant is to support the HR Supervisor in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the group's human resources policies and procedures. -Assist HR Supervisor to screen profile of applicants and arrange interview; -Assist HR Supervisor to follow up services for new employees; -Assist HR Supervisor to update datebase for employees; -Finish the other assignment; Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have/be: -Bachelor's Degree with a specialization in English or Human resource etc. -International mind set -Good interpersonal skills -Fluent oral and written English
<STRONG>Description :</STRONG>
The role of a Site HR Supervisor is to implement the Group's HR policies and tools and to provide support to management on human resources issues. The main missions of the role are to:
1. Prepare right Staffing in consideration of plant mid-term development
2. Recruitment of Key Position in Program team and plant launching team
3. Ensure efficient HR system deployment
4. Ensure valuable Integration and Development plan of key person recruited strategical.
5. Assist the launch/site Manager in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives.
6. Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site level.
7. Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
8. Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies.
9. Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.
10. Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Faurecia Excellence System.
11. Report relevant HR information to the Division.
12. Implement Staffing Review

</STRONG>The ideal candidate will have/be:
1. Bechlor's degree with a specialisation in HR Management
2. Minimum 5 years experience in a HR function within a automobile industrial environment
3. A good knowledge of employment law
4. Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems
5. International mind set
6. Results orientation
7. Strong written and oral communications skills
8. Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
