3. 高学习意愿和自我导向;
4. 能看懂机械图纸;
5. 半年以上技术员工作经验;
6. 良好的沟通技巧，乐于助人;
7. 有意向加工专业发展;
8. 住在公司附近或想住在公司附近.

岗位职责:
1. 操作数控铣床机;
2. 通过手工或使用其他工具如车床，钻床生产样品;
3. 给工程师提出关于部件或样品的建议;
4. 必要时从生产或其它部门制作部件;
5. 随时准备参加进一步培训，参观展览会等;
6. 可以根据公司的要求调整工作时间.
