职位描述
·通过接听电话按要求完成新的客房预订，更改或取消旧的预订。
·确认客人的需要并建议适合的房型。
·核实合适房型和房价是否可以提供。向致电者解释清楚我们能保证到的、特价、取消政策，调解一些具体要求。
·回答关于酒店与其服务设施、客房住宿条件的咨询。
·遵循销售技巧，使得收益最大化。
·在预订系统里输入可行的数据。
·在预订系统里输入正确的代码选择正确的价格，表明是特殊的客房预订（如免费住宿，员工价，旅行社员工特殊奖励价，批量预订）
*英语熟练，粤语会讲。
