职位描述
Responsibilities:
· Sample Approval & Quality Processes are well monitored within the Region.
· Customers' quality & measurement standards and procedures are well understood and maintained for easy access.
· RC Offices' QA/QC teams are well educated on the standards and requirements.
· Coordinate & follow up with the Brand's TD &/or concern parties if necessary in terms of fitting and patterning problem.
· Support offices in sample evaluation and leverage resources & know-how across the region.
· Assist to orient offices on the fit block process and the grading guidelines that go with the process of applying fit blocks related to product specifications.
· Enhance the competence of the Offices' QA/QC teams by upgrading their technical know-how as well as trouble-shooting skill sets for effective implementation of Delegation approvals.
· Production effectiveness & efficiency of key supplier are enhanced to contribute to the key programs of the Region
· Clear understanding of each brand/ buyer's requirements, use overall product knowledge to provide recommendation of better engineering method related to supplier's technical/ equipment capabilities and incorporating aesthetics, product quality and safety requirements for each product.
· Add value to the package handoffs by reviewing and commenting customers' requirements & specifications, providing expert advices/opinions for production efficiency and quality improvement to achieve cost-effective garments as well as risk level assessment to alert offices technical team on any particular style that require a special attention from them to follow up in bulk production.
· Concise and accurate evaluation documentation of comments at all stages that is effective integration of all timeline processes with key internal and external stakeholders to meet all relevant milestones.
· Achieve all KPIs in terms of sample approval rate & turn around time targets set for the year.
Requirements:
· College graduate or equivalent education, with minimum 5 years of experience in apparel manufacturing
· Must have strong knowledge of fits (bottoms and tops) and have technical ability to finalize a fit to Brands needs.
· Experience in patterns, garment measurements and shrinkage, grade rules and sizing is a must.
· Provided understand fabric and finish on garment.
· Understood the value engineering complex construction.
· Well organized and have strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Willing to travel inshore & offshore occasionally.
