职位描述
Job Function
· Provide complete CM Services for multiple commercialization projects, across various sites, supporting Development, QA and Service functional areas
· Create and manage ClearCase views for build and release activities
· Perform branching and merging activities
· Perform release activities including software builds and system cloning
· Create installers for various releases
· Create (or co-create) and maintain build scripts and procedures for various projects
· Work with program teams to document and execute CM plans
· Manage the deployment of tool upgrades through a regular release schedule
· Gather feedback from the users as input for CM process and tool improvements
· Improve the effectiveness and consistency of existing CM processes and tools providing metrics as needed
· Update tool manuals, standard operating procedures, and web information
· Provide CM process and tool training as appropriate
· Perform Records Management activities and archiving source code
· Responsible for 3rd party software storage and maintenance
Requirement
· Minimum BS in software-related field or equivalent experience
· Minimum 2 years experience in design, administration, and operation of Configuration Management Systems (e.g., ClearCase, Source Safe, Team System)
· Experience performing user training, and developing presentation material
· Broad knowledge of CM best practices
· Previous software build experience
· Knowledge of installation creation software (WISE, InstallShield)
· Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., DOS, PERL, Unix Shell)
· Knowledge of the following platforms: Windows, Linux, Unix, and NT
· Excellent project management skills and highly organized
· Ability to multitask and to function in a fast paced technical environment
· Highly motivated with the ability to learn a wide variety of technical skills
· Customer focused, positive attitude towards helping users and supporting their needs
· Ability to work across a wide area of responsibility with individuals at all levels
· Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
· Willing to take risks and thrive in a changing environment
· High level of personal leadership and accountability to help drive changes
· Experience in medical field
· Installation package experience
· Experience with product/project development
