职位描述
Role Description:
SW Development and Configuration (SWDC):
· Develop functionality required by the business for process and tools supported by the R&D Effectiveness Group.
· Work with the Team Leader and Project Managers to execute investment projects, identify business process modifications, and provide the appropriate functionality and automation through available applications managed by R&D Effectiveness and IT.
· Perform software development and purchased application customization/configuration as required by the process requirements.
· Optimize technical/engineering computing environments with respect to computer systems hardware, software, and network.
· Communicate requirements, dependencies, compatibility, and the impact of changes to commercialization processes to Project Managers, Team Leaders and Infrastructure Manager.
Application and User Support (AUS):
· Support all applications centrally managed by the RDE team for the benefit of Carestream Health.
· Establish and maintain reliable services with the Team Leader and PMs for the user communities.
· Work to meet annual goals for reliability and user support service metrics. These resources are expected to have regular reviews with the Team Leader to ensure that users receive reliable services.
· Responsible for logging and working all user support issues to conclusion as they arise within the stated service goals.
Key External Interactions-Users, User Groups, IT, Tool Suppliers, Technical Support, Key Stakeholders as identified in Charters.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Ability to learn technology and tools quickly.
- Strong self starter.
- Familiar with Software Development workflow
- Application Lifecycle Management Tool experience, specifically Rally
- Familiar with Quality Assurance test workflow.
- QE experience is a plus
- Administrator of HP Quality Center experience or other test management tool experience is a plus.
- Familiar with Requirement Management workflow.
- Rational DOORS Administrator or other Requirement Management System experience is a plus.
- Familiar with MS SQL Server 2005 or later.
- Excellent communication skill in global team environment.
- Good English Skills required.
Main Responsibilities
User support in Rally Agile ALM, Quality Center and/or DOORS
- Provide general support in creating projects, accounts, resolving issues, etc.
- Provide user training.
Tool configuration
- Configure Rally Agile ALM
- Configuration through Rally front-end
- Mapping customizations
- Configure Quality Center and DOORS according based on user requests by developing scripting code or small applications.
- Scripting language in Quality Center is VBscript.
- Scripting language in DOORS is DXL.
- The language for developing small applications depends on the interface provided by vendor (.Net for QC).
