工作内容

• 使用CAD/CAM/CAE 软件做产品结构分析，模具设计，注塑机台吨位分析，注塑周期的计算，进行产品以及模具的相关报价, 进行 CNC编程。追踪模具试模结果并能够解决问题到模具验收合格。
• 协助外部供应商的模具设计,确保按时按质交模。
• 协助新产品开发，新零件的手板设计及加工,样板模具的设计制造等.
• 其他上司指派的工程任务

任职要求

• 大专或以上模具机械化专业
• 8年以上模具设计，槊胶模具设计经验
• 精通CAD/CAM 软件的UG NX4或以上的版本
• 熟练应用模流分析 软件.
• 熟悉汽车模具和家电类产品模具者优先
• 具备较强的问题分析和解决能力
• 能阅读英文的技术文件
