Key Responsibilities:

Manage application demand and pipeline, monitoring overall performance of services, with successful service delivery, maintain good customer relationship and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with management on client account management and growth, provide service reporting, issues/risks escalation.
Lead and coach the team in Scrum adoption, ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered, continually improve the team productivity and application effectiveness.

Experience and Skills Summary:
·Has 8+ years of overall IT experience, in parallel 2-3 years managing Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) – requirement, estimating, risk/issue management etc.
·Proficient skill on using Microsoft technologies particularly like .NET, SQL Server
- .NET Framework (2.0 and above)
- ASP.net, C#
- MS Enterprise Library
- SQL Server (2008 and above) - TSQL Programming, Data Modeling, performance tuning etc…
- Some background in infrastructure
·Familiar with Agile development methodology, with scaled scrum experience
