根据设备运行状况及维修主管的指示，开展设备维护保养及维抢修活动，保证现场生产设备的正常运行。根据设备保养计划，组织班组实施包括TPM在内的预防性维修计划及日常维修。
Maintain or repair the equipment according to the instructions by maintenance supervisor or the equipments running status , ensure the normal operation of equipments . Organize the team to implement the daily maintenance according to the equipment maintenance plan .
1. 严格遵守车间的各项安全制度，正确穿戴劳防用品，严格执行安全锁定流程。
Strictly obey the safety regulations of the workshop , participate in all kinds of security activities
2. 通过组织实施日常的维修和维护工作，保证设备安全、高效运行。
Organize the daily maintenance work and repair work , ensure equipments operating safely and effectively .
3． 按要求节点实施包括TPM在内的预防性维修/维护计划，及时准确填写设备点检卡。
Fill the equipments tally card on time and accurately , implement the maintenance plan including TPM .
4. 组织班组参与维修CIP项目的实施,支持生产等职能声的CIP项目的实施。
Organize the team participate in the implementation of CIP , support the production department to implement CIP project .
5. 根据车间要求和工艺消耗定额，控制班组成本在指标范围之内，组织开展成本宣传教育和成本控制工作，消除各种浪费等工作。
Control the cost and organize the cost-control work , eliminate various waste .
6. 负责本班组人员管理与绩效考核，定期向维修主管汇报人员信息及员工思想状态；负责本班组信息的上传下达工作，贯彻执行公司、厂、车间的各项规章制度；加强团队建设。
Responsible for the administration and performance evaluation of team , report the staff information to supervisor regularly , convey the work task to subordinates , implement all the regulations .
7. 组织班组快速响应生产的暗灯和呼叫,响应和支持生产现场工艺/设备问题解决，参与设备故障的分析并执行后续的改进措施。
Quickly response of the light and dark production call . response and support solve the equipment problem in production site , and analyse the equipment’s problem .
8. 根据工作的岗位需要，人员的特长对组员进行针对性的培训工作，确保维修员工技能与个人素养方面得到不断发展，满足新车型、新任务等的各种需求.
Arrange the specific training work to subordinates according to post need and staff speciality . ensure the progress of staff’s skill .

中专或技校学历，电气类、机械类相关专业。
Vocational school or above degree
Electrics , machinery or other related major
三年以上设备维修经验。
