职位描述
We are a telecommunication service company servicing international corporate customers. We require the services of a number of experienced Customer Service Operators/Officers of various grade and experience to join our new team in our modern office in Guangzhou CBD.
Responsibility
? Handling customer orders through multiple ordering systems in English
? Ensure orders are processed on a timely basis
? Handle some customer queries via email and be able to liaise with head office overseas
? Updating customer databases and maintaining accurate records
? Managerial positions will be responsible for managing service level agreements, problem solving and supervision of staffs
Requirements
? At least 1 year experience is required; applicants with 5 to 10 years experience will be considered for the Supervisor/Manager positions.
? Able handle volume transactions
? Work under pressure, responsible, highly motivated, attention to detail.
? Understanding of Telecom products and services
? Good service ability and an understanding of customer service standards
? Good command of English
? Computer literacy - Ideally, experience in handling CRM and ordering systems
? Accuracy in processing invoices and maintaining customer database
? Managerial positions will need to have experience in managing staffs and operating in a call centre, or order centre environment and quality services.
? College/University preferred
