A leading Telecommunications giant requires an experienced Senior Online Producer to produce and deliver online solutions that meet business requirements whilst also delivering an optimal online customer experience in line with usability best practice.

Responsibilities include:

Manage specific areas of the online functions and be accountable for defining, developing, implementing and tracking the end to end online customer experience across those site areas in line with customer and business objectives.

Gather and understand requirements from stakeholders, document and translate into online interfaces

Manage assigned projects within budget, in time and to requirement

Establish baseline targets and measures.

Measure, monitor and track the effectiveness of all online initiatives against the baseline using a variety of mechanisms as appropriate production process, as specified on the intranet and in line with online industry best practice.

Create and mange content using the CMS and/or using the Rapid Task system

Essential skills required:

Minimum 5 years plus experience in a new media environment as an Online Producer or equivalent role with hands on delivery and strategy responsibilities

Proven track record in managing and delivering multiple projects within budget, on time, to requirement

Degree qualified (IT, Communications, Business, Engineering, Journalism etc.)

A detailed understanding of online technologies

Solid experience with delivering digital projects

Solid experience with Content Management Systems

Web Analytics experience

HTML editing

Desirable:

Telco/IT experience

Documentum/Vignette/Bricolage experience

Experience delivering mobile projects (mobile web, iPhone, Android, Symbian platforms)

JIRA experience

Experience utilising Google Analytics

Working knowledge of CSS

Smartbill注册用户只需在网上服务平台加载发自任何澳大利亚运营商之电子账单档或账单扫描件，此项应用程式即能有效地分析用户之电信服务用量、使用模式及比较不同电信服务计划之价格。客户可利用分析结果数据作为议价及挑选合适电信服务计划之参考工具。



■电信费用审计和重新计费
