职位描述
Position Responsibilities
Trainings will be provided and we offer attractive remuneration package to successful candidates.
- Handle English phone inquiries on credit card product features, marketing programs, fees and charges, account information and other relevant operational processes.
- Resolve customer problems within the established guidelines.
- Escalate customer’s feedback / complaints to superior for product, service and program improvements.
- Conduct sales on products via phone calls.
· Maintain service quality and productivity at defined business requirement.
- Maintain good relationships with customers through delivery of superior customer service.
- Comply with established company policies and procedures to protect company and customer's asset.
Requirements:
· Foreigners whose mother tongue is English, who come from countries with English as an official language.
· College graduate with at least 1 year relevant working experience in banking or finance industry;
· Good interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in customer service sector is a plus;
· Able to take challenges and work under pressure.
· Good team-player, hardworking and self-motivated.
· Willing to work overtime, on shift duties including overnight shifts and Public Holidays.
· Good computer skills.
