岗位要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业；
2. 2年以上本职工作经验
3. 责任心强、坦率直接、执行力强、有感召力、乐于接受挑战、有创新精神、处世有原则
熟悉国家有关政策法规，全面掌握人力资源管理知识，熟悉管理心理学等专业知识，能够独立解决工作中遇到的问题；具有较强的计划、组织、协调能力和人际交往能力及管理决策能力。

经过几年的发展，top beauty迅速占领了晚妆包市场，成为行业的领导者，2009年发展迅猛，2012年与国外设计师合作，获得了香港aplf皮革展***创作奖，2013年top beauty拓展来自菲律宾、印度等国外生产工厂，设计本司各类独特款式产品。
2014年再次携手意大利著名设计师haim.f探索高端市场，致力于晚妆包行业更全面、更宽广的发展。
