ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.HSE Management System
-Implementation / maintenance of Company HSE management system – including ISO18001 and AIM’s
-Assist HSE Manager for implementation of ARKEMA – THE ESSENTIALS Program
-Collects and files all kinds of IH and product safety related documents.

2. PPE Management
-Identifies proper PPE types to be applied in different plant areas.
-Sourcing PPE suppliers and placing purchasing requests to ensure proper inventory of PPE.
-Trains and guides the plant staffs to rightly use PPE.

3.Safety Audits and Risk Analysis
-Responsible for the JEP (Job Exposure Profile) of the plant.
-Analyzes existing preventive and control measures for the hazards, present the actions plan and follow up.
-Assistants getting all the external inspections and apply certificates / license when needed.

4.Industrial Hygiene
-Develop annual IH monitoring plan and arrange the monitoring.
-Organize IH evaluation for site by the authorized company.
-Responsible for the maintenance of the fact form of the potential occupational hazard of each position, update if necessary
-Maintain the signs about the occupational hazards of the site keep updated

5.Occupational health examination
-Responsible for pre-employment and on-job occupation health Examination of the employees
-Communicate with employees about the result health examination when necessary.

6.Chemical management and Product registration
-Responsible for the maintenance of the raw material and product list of the site, keep the list cover the necessary information and updated.
-Maintain the MSDS of RM and FG, ensures the MSDS are valid GHS Version
-Responsible for management of high toxic chemical and precursor chemicals, check regularly and make sure it meets the regulation.
-Responsible for the registration for the imported RW and product manufactured on site

7.Reports
-Develops monthly report to HSE Manager.

8.Trainings
-Develops training plans and ensures plant personnel have all necessary IH and chemical safety trainings to complete their jobs safely.
-Assist to organize emergency response drills.

9. Communications
-Interfaces with relevant government departments for consultation, approval request, or problem solving etc.

10.Others assignment
Others as required by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. Minimum 3 years of EHS working experience in international chemical company.
2. College degree or above.
3. Registered safety engineer or officer
4. Good communication skills (need to teach/train people).
5. Good in both written and spoken English is preferred
6.Knowledge and experience in Product Safety including MSDS and GHS Codes
7.Knowledge and experience in International Product Safety Programs – REACH / KREACH /
8.Trained in dangerous chemicals handling, safety regulation, and registration.
9.Trained in Emergency Medical Response.
