主要职责/Main Responsibilities：
负责项目要求的整车属性相关的比对及开发目标设定
Be responsible for objective vehicle attribute benchmarking and target setting as required by program
负责开发项目要求的整车属性相关设计/产品验证计划（耐久性，NVH，动态性能，空调系统，热管理及空气动力学，动力及经济性能，排放，法规等）
Be responsible for development of PAT DV/PV Plan（Durability, NVH, Dynamics, CCSE, TASE, P&E, Emission, Homologation） required by the program
负责编制可执行的测试开发计划，以满足项目设计/产品验证计划及法规认证要求
Be responsible for establishing feasible Test and Development plans to match the DV/PV Plan and homologation requirements required by the program
按照测试开发计划负责实施所有试验及问题汇报，以确保整车及/或零部件设计满足设计规范、政府法规要求及确定的产品开发目标。
Be responsible for implementing tests following Test and Development plan and issue reporting to ensure that vehicle and/or component designs meet design specifications, government regulations and established product objectives.
负责整车属性相关问题跟踪、调查及改进、开发
Be responsible for attribute relatedissue tracking, investigation, improvement and development
确保按规定的时间间隔对检验、测量及测试设备仪器进行标定、记录标定数据及标记清楚设备仪器的标定状态，同时作好标定记录
Ensure that inspection, measuring and test equipment is calibrated and adjusted at prescribed intervals, documenting the basis for calibration and identifying the equipment to show calibration status and maintaining calibration records.
负责测试程序及方法的本地化改进及/或开发工作，以满足本地标准及法规、道路条件、环境、用户等需求
Be responsible for local improvement and/or development of test procedures and methodologies to meet requirements of local standards/regulations, road condition, environment, customer, etc.
负责根据公司产品周期计划建议/执行最有效的整体测试战略，包括能力规划建议、设备购买，测试地点选定等。
Be responsible for recommending/implementing the most efficient overall testing strategy as required by product cycling plan, including test capability plan proposal, equipment purchase, outside test location selection etc.
协助上级主管与需要进行测试数据交流的福特相关部门人员保持联系并获得支持
Assisting supervisor for liaising with and getting support from related Ford department personnel where test result transfers are required
协助上级主管根据福特相关试验室及/或试验场的要求进行比对工作
Assisting supervisor for coordinating correlation testing as required by related Ford testing laboratories and/or proving ground

任职要求/Qualifications：
汽车工程/机械/测试/制造/电子/自动化/….相关专业本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above, vehicle engineering /mechanical/ manufacture/ automatic or etc. relevant major
有汽车相关行业经验或熟练日语者优先
relevant auto working experiences or master Japanese is plus
英文CET4级以上
CET-4 or above

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda.
