工作职责
?与海关公务员和报关行相协调，跟进海关相关流程 (主要针对进口)；
Expedite Customs related process (mainly import) in co-ordination with Customs official and Customs Broke
?取得海关所需的货运单据，并准备海关文件
Obtain any shipping documents required for customs and prepare customs documents
?监控并跟进海关相关流程，与海关和/或报关行协商解决问题并改进
Monitor and expedite the customs related process, Negotiate with Customs and/or Customs House Broker for trouble-shoot and improvement;
?安排向报关行和海关支付款项
Arrange payment to Customs House broker and Customs
?在主管的暂时帮助下，主要针对进口部分改进与海关相关的流程
Improve customs related process mainly for import with the occasional help from supervisor.
?在紧急或突发情况下向海关主管进行汇报
Report to Customs supervisor in case of emergency or unexpected situation or trouble

任职资格
?大学本科及以上学历，法律/经济/贸易专业优先；
Bachelor's degree and above, major in law/economics/trade are preferable;
?良好的英文表达能力（书面及口语），通过大学英语四级；
Commend English ability（written and oral）, CET-4 is must;
?具备基本的电脑使用技能与知识；
Basic personal computer's skill and knowledge;
?具备在进口海关之相关单位 (报关行，国际货代公司或进口商) 从业两年以上工作经验。
More than two years experiences at import customs related section of Customs House Broker, International freight forwarder or importer. Preferably handling auto parts.
?了解一般货物进口流程, 熟悉海关通关管理规定，有报关员证；
?Be familiar with the customs rules for customs clearance and normal process of customs clearance, the customs license is required.
?具有较好的谈判技巧和组织能力和协调能力；
Good negotiation skill、leadership and coordination capability.
?良好的敬业精神和团队协作能力；
Industrious with work, and a sense of teamwork

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda.
