Responsibilities
? Plan and schedule projects with well-defined milestones and tasks. Coordinate development, testing and releases.
? Manage communication of progress/status within the product and technology team, identify risks and escalate issues when necessary. Acting as the contact person to communicate issues.
? Follow and improve the engineering process to improve software quality and engineering productivity.
? Monitor the delivered software features and triage incoming requests and feedbacks.

Preferred qualifications
? Master's degree in a technical field.
? 6 years' relevant work experience, including 4 years' experience in managing large, complex projects.
? Hands-on experience in programming with strong client and service components, and exposure to large-scale systems.
? Demonstrable team leadership and communication skill.
? Expert at the practical application of modern project management principles.
? Track record of quickly earning credibility based on your knowledge, flexibility and amazing accomplishments, along with fantastic communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
