• Key Duties/ Responsibilities
  职责
• Sell ADInstruments products into the highly technical research market.
  在高科技研究市场销售的ADInstruments产品。
• Gain indepth knowledge of the ADInstruments product range and have the ability to advise customers on the correct solution to meet their application requirements.
  深入了解ADInstruments系列产品，能够根据用户的需求推荐正确的解决方案。
• Develop appropriate selling skills consistent with the company philosophy, policies and procedures. 依照公司文化和相关规章制度，不断完善销售技巧。
• Coordinate on-going customer relationships with a particular focus on up-selling and cross-selling.
  协调客户关系，促进升级销售和交叉销售。
• Maintain and increase our current customer database through our customer relations management (Salesforce.com) software.
  运用客户关系管理(Salesforce.com)软件维护和扩展现有的客户数据库。
• Ensure that pertinent information gathered during sales calls/visits is entered into the company’s Salesforce.com system.
  确保销售电话/拜访等相关活动准确的录入公司客户关系管理(Salesforce.com)软件。
• Train and advise existing and new customers on using our hardware and software.
  为使用我们软硬件产品的新老库户提供培训和服务。
• Maintain market awareness, as well as develop and present new ideas and opportunities, in terms of new products and software features/development.
  保持对市场的敏感度，就新的产品和软件功能提出并发展新的构想。
• Develop and execute an annual sales plan for managing assigned territory, updated quarterly.
  根据公司下达的销售任务制定并执行年度销售计划，并逐季度更新。
• Assist with customer training workshops.
  协助组织客户培训研讨会。

  Required
  要求
  Science-based bachelor degree or above (preferably in life science or Biomedical Engineering)具有生命科学相关(生命科学、医学、护理学、生物医学工程等)本科或者以上学位
  Proficiency in spoken/writing English
  熟练英语口语/写作
  Frequent domestic travel within China
  能够经常在国内出差
  Excellent communication and presentation skills
  出色的沟通和演讲技巧
  Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
  有上进心，具有出色的组织和时间规划能力
  Ideally has experience working within scientific research or sales
  具有科研工作或者销售经验者优先考虑
  Previous experience using ADInstruments hardware and software is a distinct advantage
  曾经使用过ADInstruments相关产品者优先考虑
