Responsibility:

- Monitor delivery status of purchase orders to ensure on time delivery

- Facilitate communication between purchase managers and suppliers

- Update order delivery reports

- Coordinate with forwarder for shipment arrangement and cargo consolidation

- Checking of shipping documents

- Assist in schedule planning and filing

Requirement:

- At least 5 year working experience

- Good English skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking

- Good communication skill and team worker

- Master in using Microsoft Offices, especially excel

- Work experience in logistic and foreign trade is preferred

- Familiar with documents & terms used in foreign trade

- A fast learner, detail-oriented, service-minded and responsible person is required
