1. Maintain and improve the EHS management system. Be familiar with and comply EHS policy and supervise the implement of the policy in Puracap. 建立、维护EHS管理体系，熟悉并确保公司遵循EHS政策，制定并监督各个部门贯彻执行公司的EHS管理制度；

2. Contractor/supplier EHS train and conduction in plant. 开展全厂范围内及外部承包商/供应商的EHS培训和指导；

3. Equipment and raw material safety authorizing. 负责各类材料，设备及设施的安全验证；

4. Deliver relevant report according to the Puracap need. 按照公司要求发送相关报告；

5. Take part in the project risk analysis. 参与项目风险评估；

6. Build emergency responding procedure. 建立应急响应程序；

7. Coordinate regular internal and external EHS related inspections, corrective actions. Lead and implement HSE training. Be responsible to organize the EHS audit.负责组织对全厂EHS状况进行检查。组织、推动和协调内部和外部HSE相关的检查、隐患整改、跟踪实施 组织实施安全培训；

8. Lead the risk assessment and maintain risk sources and environmental factors list. 组织识别和定期更新危险源清单和环境因素清单；

9. Identify and renew HSE regulation list. 识别和定期更新法律法规清单；

10. Facilitate contractor HSE management and communication. 实施相关方管理及信息交流；

11.Implement MOC program. Implement chemical management Perform PPE management Lead special operations and special equipment management. Lead incident reporting, investigation, analysis and corrective actions. Manage high risk operations. Monitor hazardous waste management. Coordinate implementation of corporate EHS actions and initiatives. 实施变更HSE管理 实施化学品安全管理 实施劳保用品管理 特种设备和特种作业的管理 组织开展事件的调查分析和处理及预防控制 开展高风险作业管理 危险废弃物的日常监控和申报管理 协助落实其它EHS活动。、

任职要求：

1. Bachelors degree, majored in engineering, safety, environment or industrial fields.本科以上学历；主修工程, 安全, 环境或相关工业专业； 2. Minimum 3 years factory & manufacturing working experience on EHS. 至少3年企业的EHS工作经验； 3. Lead auditor of OHSAS18001 and/or ISO14001 will be a plus. OHSAS18001 和/或ISO14001审核员优选； 4. Strong communication skills Good command of English, both oral & written.良好的沟通协调能力，英语能力良好。
