Company Profile:
A European owned company and is operating for 50 years now on a worldwide basis, as a supplier of material handling and palletising systems, providing project specific logistic solutions to our customers as well as more standardized end of line palletisers, especially for FMCG industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Draws up and verifies the company' s contracts, before they are signed by General Manager;
2. Introduces all the contracts in the Contract Program and then follows their evolution;
3. Keeps in touch with the company`s lawyer and asks for support regarding the contractual terms;
4. Occasionally, attends the contracts negotiations;
5. Records the input and output documents;
6. Requests the official documents of the company when nedeed and prepares the required documentation for their release;
7. Writes and registers decisions;
8. Draws up the weekly report;
9. Monthly, draws up a list with visitors from NL and RO and a report regarding the costs for visitors and delegates;
10. Coordinates the drivers responsible for visitors` transport;
11. Ensures that company' s cars have all the documents available ( insurance, road tax);
12. Occasionally, is responsible for residence visas for visitors;
13. Keeps in touch with the local authorities, public institutions, the security and protection company, insurance company and newspapers;
14. Translates documents or sends them to translation office (if are official documents);
15. Manages the keys and stamps;
16. Orders and distributes the business cards, letterhead, calendars;
17. Prepares and writes the MOM of the MT meetings;
18. Distributes the China general mails.
Achievements:
1. The Management Assistant will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated sense of purpose, planning, organization, and timely execution;
2. The job requires an upright person who can deal with sensitive company information;
3. At least 5 years working experience in a similar position;
4. A minimum of a Major degree in English, and preferably with financial qualifications or training;
5. Excellent written and verbal communication;
6. Fluent English and Mandarin;
7. This position has to be station in Foshan, Guangdong.
