Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for all negotiations of cost and the sourcing of product.
2.Responsible to monitoring vendors and the team to carry out efficient and qualified merchandising activities.
3.Monitor the bulk production and require travel to vendors and factories for bulk production follow up.
4.Keep track on the samples deliveries.
5.Try to find more new good quality suppliers and factories.
6.Maintain the production schedule and complete on time and ensure the good quality production.
7.Ensure production is delivered on schedule and good quality shipments.
8.Occasional business trip is required.
9.Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:
1.Be familiar with the furniture of hotel segment or construction material including wood flooring, marble and granite stone for construction, doors, windows, face glass, ceramic tiles, ceramic sanitary, shower drain, LED lighting etc.
2.5 years relevant experience, prior experience in trading company is an added advantage.
3.Familiar with hotel equipment and European Market is an added advantage.
4.Good communication skills and negotiation skills with vendors on production time & action calendar.
5.Effective oral and written communication skills in English & Mandarin.
6.Good computer knowledge & MS applications (Word, Excel).
