MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
1.From sourcing to qualification of the localization part for production line transfer, including plastic, stamping, machinery & electronic parts
2.Develop new supplier for the transfer line projects
3.Support the transfer projects for the equipment or tooling procurement,
4.Based on different purchasing strategy design different supplier management plan.
5.Effectively communicates importance of quality standards to suppliers and co-operate with SQE for the trouble shooting.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS：
Three years or more experience on purchasing in manufacturing plant.
Independent sourcing ability
Has the knowledge of different raw materials market, resin, metal, etc.
Familiar with the supplier management and development
Familiar and understood the produce process with machinery, electronic, stamping, plastic part or tooling.
(Machinery & Electronic prefer)
Good skill of negotiation
English skilled
Team-work spirit.
