Job Description:

1. Draw up, implement and complete monthly and annual business and management plans;

2. Enhance the building of talent team and the training of high qualified staff to improve the core competitiveness of BU;

3. In charge of financial control and risk control of BU;

4. In charge of the routine operation management of BU.

Qualification Required:

1. Bachelor Degree, Business Management or other related major. With certain international horizon, experience of studying or working abroad is preferred;

2. Outstanding communication skill, excellent oral English, CET 6 or above;

3. Above 7 years working experience, above 5 years management experience, and experience and cases of successful team leading;

4. Familiar with consulting industry development, at least with abundant professional knowledge and experience of one of the following fields: tax accounting, visa service, international trade service, etc.

5. With strong enterprise and aspiration to deal with reform and challenge.

岗位职责：

1、 组织制定和实施事业部年度/月度经营、管理计划，并确保完成；

2、 加强事业部人才梯队建设，培养高素质员工队伍，提高事业部的核心竞争力；

3、 事业部财务管控及风险把控；

4、 主持事业部日常经营管理工作。

任职资格：

1、 大学本科学历，企业管理等相关专业，有一定的国际视野，有国外留学或工作经验更佳；

2、 优秀的沟通表达能力，英语口语表达能力优秀，CET6或以上；

3、 7年以上工作经验，5年以上管理工作经验，有成功的团队带领经验及案例；

4、 熟悉咨询行业发展状况，至少在工商财税、商旅服务、国际贸易服务等有一个领域有着丰富的专业知识及经验；

5、 强烈的事业心和变革的魄力，愿意接受挑战，成就一番事业。
