Responsibilities
- Manage and responsible of the production of architecture and displays products for 2 kinds of orders, specific orders at once, and yearly orders that are base on client's opening and needs
-In charge of products efficiency such as mannequins, hangers, display, decoration products, furniture
-Making sure that materials are well used, oak keep being oak, metal is metal etc.
-Communicate with clients and understand their needs, look and feel and demands on the products they ask.
-Follow strictly the request of clients and making sure that supplier makes production according to client's needs and only advice if requested by client or if samples of the clients is already done properly.
-Manage and source with your team of 2/3 persons to find the best factories that are able to make the products according to the client's standards.
-Deal with suppliers and maintain a good relationship with them in order to improve efficiency on orders
-Follow daily supplier's orders and that the product's quality keeps having the same level of quality.
-Develop and improve department in getting: faster delivery for yearly orders and lower prices.
-Cooperate with Logistic Department and prepare all related documents if needs bulk or per store level deliveries.
-Propose to client's new ideas or projects that we can help him about.

Skills:
-Strong knowledge in architecture/displays/furniture/promotional gifts products
-Strong knowledge in different materials such as metal, wood, fiberglass, stainless steel etc.
-Adapting, Reacting, Answering quick and right
-Being able to organize, dispatch and estimate the work of your team
-Anticipate issues and arrange solutions before it comes to you

A.坐地铁到海珠广场A出口， 走过海珠桥，下桥后往右（南华东路）走约50米找到南华东路 547 号广东省渔业协会，穿过它大堂即进入2-4号楼（门前有黑色BOOMA地毯），按门铃上二楼即是（约5分钟）
B.坐地铁到市二宫D出口，往前走至海珠酒店（海珠桥方向），再往前走约50米，红绿灯处过马路，左转50米找到南华东路 547 号广东省渔业协会，穿过它大堂即进入2-4号楼（门前有黑色BOOMA地毯），按门铃上二楼即是（约5分钟）
