2、具有良好的沟通、协调能力，能执行和完善仓库的规章制度、规范作业标准及流程，提高效率，降低成本；

3、能够科学管理货品库位，提出改进方案，保证仓库利用率最大化；

4、熟悉仓储5S管理，有很强的服务意识，有大型仓库管理经验；

5. 为人正直、工作严谨细心、责任心强、坚持原则；

6. 对数字敏感、时间观念较强，保证库存货品的准确性及发货的及时性；

7、能熟练操作办公软件。

    广州顶美工艺品有限公司创始人洪雁，最早于1995年在中国浙江创立一家专为贸易公司生产的加工企业，2004年于广州成立了在加工基础上的外贸型企业，2007年正式更名为“顶美”，英文名为“top beauty”。
经过几年的发展，top beauty迅速占领了晚妆包市场，成为行业的领导者，2009年发展迅猛，2012年与国外设计师合作，获得了香港aplf皮革展***创作奖，2013年top beauty拓展来自菲律宾、印度等国外生产工厂，设计本司各类独特款式产品。
2014年再次携手意大利著名设计师haim.f探索高端市场，致力于晚妆包行业更全面、更宽广的发展。
