职位描述
Job Responsibility:
· Own the detail functional requirements gathering process relevant to the specific business segment. Ensure the functional requirements are documented and include the business justification and necessary cost/benefits measures.
· Drives clarity in prioritization of initiatives as well as both project scope and functional requirements identifying discrepancies quickly during the initial project phases. This involves process mapping to the technical solution to ensure overall system functionality meet the business requirements. As well as identification and leverage capability across multi country/ language regions
· Understands and identifies potential for process improvements and recommends technical/ process solutions to enable the organization to achieve its goals.
· Partners with the IT Architecture, Data, Applications, and CoE teams to map business requirements to the Heinz technology solutions.
· Sponsor’s IT changes to the Change Control Board (CCB) on the Zone behalf requesting business involvement as required
· Helps research and recommend technical solutions outside of the current Heinz solution offerings working with both the business users and technical IT staff.
· Responsible for managing the key user interface for system and business acceptance/ regression testing cycles. Leads the business in the development and execution of system test cases and scenarios ensuring the solution meets the functional requirements.
· Liaise and co-ordinate with COE BAU to deliver Key user training needs
· Single point of connection for the IT services being delivered to the business unit ensuring all services levels are being maintained and addresses discrepancies when identified.
Job Requirement:
· Minimum of Bachelor degree preferably in MIS or equivalent IT field experience required.
· A minimum of 5 years of IT experience supporting enterprise applications (SAP) with a deep understanding of OTC and TPM business process operation, master data management, and end user support.
· Working knowledge of BI reporting, data transformation, and master data management.
· Ability to manage, interact and communicate effectively with both business and technical staff at a manager level.
· Ability to define, shape and recommend changes to operational processes
· Experience of working with process leads, externals 3rd party and business managers
· Experience of working across multi culture, time zone and languages
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Analytical thinking with an emphasis on complex problem solving.
· Strong influencing skills and ability to positively work with stakeholders.
· Good experience in multiple aspects of implementation and delivery of technical solutions.
· Business and technical credibility.
· Proficiency in English where this is not a native language.
? Travel will be required as part of this position in the order of 25%. This should be discussed with Zone CIO.
