Job Description:

· Schedule staff to efficiency, while meeting service level requirements.

· Identify schedule changes to maintain performance expectations and recommend changes.

· Generate short-term/long-term forecasts; analyze FTE implications, create schedules, and make recommendations to capacity planning department and management.

· Create annual and quarterly plans to schedule staff for off-shore sites, to monthly include training schedules.

· Serve as subject matter expert to supervisors, operations managers, and senior managers to meet service levels, volumes, availability, occupancy and financial deliverables.

Requirement:

· College degree and above.

· Knowledge of eWorkforce Management or comparable scheduling software.

· Expert analytical skills with understanding of regression analysis.

· Experience in generating schedules and forecasting call volume.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Good command of English in writing and reading.

· Previous workforce management experience with 2 years operations experience.
