Responsibility
? Handle General Enquiries on Credit Card and Banking issues via written replies
? Provide appropriate alternative/solution to the customer in a timely and effective manner
Job Requirements
? Good command of English and Chinese in writing and reading
? Experience on service industry an advantage
? Good using in Microsoft Office
? Good team player, hardworking, independence and ownership
? Good interpersonal skills with internal and external customers
? Shift duties on holidays
