Job Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment activities for Southern China;
- Liaise with line managers to identify the recruitment needs, job description, selection criteria and budget etc;
- Conducting end to end interviews for delegated positions;
- Manage the recruitment advertisement and all recruitment channels;
- Work closely with Group HR for on boarding arrangement and relevant documents are on place;
- Handle employee relations issues;
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review and update such as turnover, reason for leaving etc.

Job Requirements

- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
- 3-5 years experience in HR function, preferably from FMCG or retail industry;
- Good communication skill in both written and spoken English;
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Positive mind set;
- Able to work under pressure.
