English Job Title: Financing Services Manager
Purpose of the Job
Lead and manage the auto financing and insurance business to develop the new business opportunities and achieve high customer satisfaction. In order to achieve various F&I KPI targets set by group.Monitor and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the auto financing and insurance sales process, which at the same time follow the rules and regulations of group,external providers and government.
Job Responsibilities
1. Business Management
- Provide General Manager with the business forecast budget and profit
- Manage and promote effectively auto financing and insurance products to meet the annual target
- Define market segment and develop marketing plan, strategies and business opportunities.
- Pay attention to market trend,monitor and analyze regularly customer needs, lost sales and competitor activities in the local market.
- Monitor regularly the performance of the F&I department against the budget
- Establish effective communication with other departments.
- Perform loss customer analysis and make counter strategies.
- Ensure compliance of all Jebsen group regulations, policies, LOA and SOPs, as well as agreements with external providers.
2. Auto Financing
- Familiarize regularly with normal Porsche and other financing products in the market
- Execute regularly Porsche promotion campaigns as required and also provide feedback
- Ensure good communication between Sales and F&I department for a smooth customer hand-over
- Ensure efficient and convenient customer application process
- Ensure that the auto financing advise is according to the customers needs
- Ensure that the complete auto financing process is according to Porsche Financing policies , external financing provider regulations and government laws
- Solve customer disputes.
- Offer updated financing products of Jebsen group panelists and initiate the financing program to strengthen dealership’s competitiveness
- Maintain stable relationship with Jebsen group panelists and co-organize marketing activities to better service customer needs.
3.Insurance
- Ensure that customer service of insurance products are according to the customers needs and benefits
- Coordinate with relevant departments on insurance related issues and critical customer inquiries
- Ensure efficient and convenient customer application process
- Ensure that the complete insurance process is according to external insurance provider regulations and government laws
- Support Aftersales department to negotiate labor rate and parts pricing discounts with insurance company
- Propose insurance companies and suggest suitable solutions to General Manager
- Solve customer disputes.
- Offer updated insurance products of Jebsen group panelists and initiate the insurance program to strengthen dealership’s competitiveness
- Maintain stable relationship with Jebsen group panelists and co-organize marketing activities to better service customer needs.
4.Reporting and Reconciliation
- Ensure regular reports on auto financing and insurance sales as required by dealership management as well as Jebsen group
- Coordinate and lead reconciliation between dealership and Porsche Financing as well as other external providers
- Ensure that customer database is updated with auto financing and insurance information
5.Claims Management
- Ensure sufficient information to Aftersales about the customer profiles and necessary documentation
- Ensure smooth insurance customer claim process between customer, Aftersales and insurance company
- Liaise with Aftersales, insurance company and related parties in escalated cases
- Familiarize regularly with the required insurance claim procedures and documentation of the insurance company
- Strengthen risk management and ensure the compliance of accident claim SOP
6.Customer Satisfaction Management
- Handle special customer complaints and manage immediate escalated customer cases with Marketing & CRM Manager
- Develop and improve customer satisfaction measures such as the streamlined of sales processes
7.People Management
- Manage the performance of subordinates by setting targets and monitoring results
- Develop and motivate subordinates according to their abilities and needs of the dealership
- Determine training needs and secure suitable training
- Provide continuously guidance, support and feedback to subordinates
- Facilitate a work environment for a good employee satisfaction
- Responsible for the recruitment and training of subordinates.
Job Requirements
Education Level & Professional Qualification:
- University Degree majored in insurance, financing and/or business administration
- Insurance Agent Qualification Certificate(Should obtain during the probation period if not already have)
- Other qualification required by regulatory authorities
Years of experience:
Minimum 5 years working experience in insurance or financing related field, automotive wholesale or retail preferred
Functional / Professional experience, knowledge and skills requied:
Language & Computer Skills
- Basic Good written and spoken English (CET-4)
- Good MS-Office skills
Technical Knowledge/Hard Skills
- Solid knowledge of auto financing and insurance products
