Job Description:


-- To be of a deep knowledge on BOM and great analyses on Cost breakdown sheet from suppliers and factories; plus able to do the CBD separately
-- To have the excellent negotiation skills in order to help to enable categories to meet target margins;
-- To be familiar with Development , Materials and production capacity planning and follow up customer's calendar.
-- Good at establish wastage/usage and consumption model, help to set it up costing

-- Being able to structure the shoes to lower down the cost , and limited technical background is not a must , but a plus
-- Strong in procedure and following the costing system;
-- To report to Merchandising Manager in daily operations; plus work closely with PD team and sample room to have a better understanding on product.


The Successful Applicant:

-- Min 8 years’ experience in the footwear industry;
-- Be organized and detail oriented;
-- Able to work independently
-- Strong negotiation skills and supplier management capabilities
-- College degree or Above, preferable major in Engineering, Finance or Footwear related.

-- Good Background with costing shoes experiences for fashion , sporting , EVA sandal ,indoor slipper , brand background would be great.
-- Strong skills on costing analyses and pricing negotiation with factory.
-- Good communication skill with the team member and customers and good in written English at least
-- Willing to work under pressure and great teamwork .
-- Aggressive, passion on work. Honest & reliable
