Responsibilities:

* Oversee the functions of quality control, quality assurance and factory certification.
* Identify product quality issues and potential safety risk from item selection stage to finished product.
* Develop product specification and inspection criteria.
* Communicate with vendors and merchandising team to resolve quality issues, lead for improvement and drive for excellence.
* Manage the testing requirements and develop laboratory test protocol.

Requirements:

* Degree holder in any related discipline.
* Over 8 years experience in quality control function in a multinational environment with minimum 5 years in managerial position.
* Strong knowledge in kitchenware and household ware (porcelain, metal, acrylic & wooden products) is a must.
* Good knowledge in total quality management of kitchenware and household ware and international products inspection standards and practices.
* Be fluent in spoken and written English.
