Roles and Responsibilities:

- Specify and evaluate the process parameters and materials use;
- According to product process flow, design, prepare and evaluate tooling and fixture that should be used in line;
- Consistently investigate all facets of process variation of optimizing the production line efficiency. Such as line layout, workplace layout and process flow;
- Monitor line efficiency to ensure compliance with quote targets for machine output and labor requirements;
- Confers with establishment personnel to implement operating procedures and resolve system malfunctions;
- Determines parts supply, maintenance tasks, safety procedures, and service schedule required to maintain machine and equipment in prescribed condition;
- Develop models of alternate processing methods to test feasibility of new applications of system components, and recommend implementation of improved procedure;
- Generate full new business quotation packages;
- Perform design for manufacturing analysis on new and existing products;
- Attend Production Meeting to provide support for capacity and technical issue on production;

General requirements:

- At least 5 years experience in high volume production and automated manufacturing environment. SMT environment trouble shooting knowledge is required;
- College degree or above, major in electronic engineering or industrial engineering;
- Good command of English;
