Main Responsibilities

-Maintain correct information /data in Spur
-Maintain correct capacity information/data in Bistro
-Maintain correct information / data in tools in CA team to have clear capacity overview.
-Coordinate suppliers’ performance information in the tools/ system
-Update KPI indexes in the tools/ systems
-Support Supplier Development Responsible in terms of communication, data/information and projects.
-Support Sourcing Responsible in terms of communication, data/ information maintenance in tools.
-Support other teams for the information / data in systems & tools.

Job requirements

A)Education
-Good command of English
-Able to use all Microsoft applications
B)Work experience
-With1-2 years working experiences
-Data management and analysis experience
-Detail oriented,with analytical thinking
-Can independently working, ensure accurate data
-Preferably experience from similar position in supplier or representative office
