岗位职责：

1、根据公司战略发展要求，制定全方位网站优化方案，对SEO效果负责；
2、制定合理的SEO策略、流程、规范，提高网站整体流量；
3、负责网站流量监控、数据分析、关键词挖掘，并形成阶段性报表；
4、密切关注行业竞争对手的SEO思路和方法，加以参考与合理运用；
5、做数据化的SEO，有较强的整体流程把控能力。

6、制定并组织实施公司网站及产品的优化方案，负责优化网页结构。

任职资格：

1.2年以上网站整体SEO项目经验；
2.研究搜索关键词，制定核心、长尾、热门事件关键词排名策略并进行优化；
3.持续优化相关登陆页面以提高业务转化率；
4.具备较强的营销策划能力，对营销结果进行有效评估；
5.良好的沟通协调及项目管理能力，能有效推动其他部门的配合。
