- For our Energy Sector in GUANGZHOU,we are looking for a 广州西门子变压器有限公司 能源集团 供应链 物料计划 Materials Planner .

What are my responsibilities?

- Fully responsible for raw material planning, including MRP running, checking & releasing purchasing requisition, and closely following up with production planning and purchasing&logistic team

to ensure material availability to execute the production plan and troubleshoot for any sudden material shortage raised in workshop

- Responsible for Material Master Data correct setting in SAP, regularly checking and timely adjusting suitable setting, correcting MRP result accordingly."

"Create and send supplier forecast, schedule and bulletins; Monitor, measure and analyze suppliers performance.

- Carry out shortage analysis, communicate upcoming 2weeks raw materials ATP report and shortages to related functions in a timely manner.

- Work actively on all the activities and initiatives focused on inventory management and reduction .

- Keeps the material shipping schedule consistent MRP data / system planning/inventory data maintenance and checking.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Technical/product knowledge on transformer, electic-mechancal

- Procurement / planning experience and knowledge

- basic Quality knowledge and management methods

- good SAP knowledge and practice

- English is fluent

What else do I need to know?

- having 2 years work experience in production planning and control, MRP, pull system, Inventory management

- Good analytical and problem solver skills

- initiative on information collecting and analysis, and can motivate and influence others

- team working with internal cross-function teams, procurement and commodity team
