要求(Requirements)

1. 高中毕业(F.5 or above)。
2. 最少5年成衣技术指导和品质检验的经验(Min 5 years practical experience in applying proven techniques of quality assurance within the garment industry)。
3. 对于生产上的布料、试身、生产成本价、纸样、造工和放码等拥有丰富的经验(Strong knowledge of fabric, fitting, product costing, paper pattern, sewing, size specification, pattern modification and garment construction for bulk production;)。
4. 具成衣厂经验(Working experience in garment manufacturing is a must)。
5. 认识成衣梭织恤衫和裤(Sound technical background in woven shirt and trousers)。
6. 能书写及讲英語(Good command of writing and speaking in English)。
7. 有组织能力、細心、主动和责任感(Well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and responsible)。
8. 能于压力之下工作和需要時加班工作(Able to work overtime and under pressure)。
9. 常驻孟加拉(Long station in Bangladesh)。

工作(Duties)

1. 于厂房提供技术支援(Provide technical support to the factory)。
2. 批样瓣，解決生产上的问题和提高效率(Evaluation of sampling, identify the difficulties may arise during production and estimate the efficiency)。
3. 减低生产上的错误(Minimize the fault in the production process)。
4. 加强生产力和改善生产(Strengthen the productivity and making improvements for the production if necessary)。
5. 提供技术培训(Provide technical training to team members)。
