职位描述
1. Primary Responsibilities:
Represent as a core member of the Opportunity team, with primary accountability for developing the Solution Plan for Testing opportunity, including solution, scope, estimates, contingency, costs, schedule, delivery model, resource/sourcing plan, assumptions, and risks.
Be the primary representative on the testing opportunity team responsible for ensuring that the documented solution is deliverable based on the agreed level of delivery risk and assumptions, and that deliverability is signed off in negotiate stage.
Ensure proper input on client business objectives, industry, risk assessment, budget, and preferences
Leverage specialist groups to support Solution Planning, including CDTS, Alliance Services, Legal, Commercial Management and Contract Management
Leverage other specialists as required to support solution shaping and resolve issues.
Document and agree on all estimating assumptions around scope uncertainty by applying appropriate risk management techniques during proposal submission and subsequent contract negotiation
· Define Test Strategies
· Recommend new testing trends and best practices
Support proposal and refine the Testing Solution Plan accordingly. Ensure consistency between the Solution Plan, baseline scope, estimate, and the resulting proposal and contract.
Transfer the Solution Plan to the overall delivery lead by ensuring their understanding and agreement of the documented solution if the lead Solution Architect and delivery lead are different.
Document and agree to all estimating assumptions around scope uncertainty by applying appropriate risk management techniques during proposal submission and subsequent contract negotiation.
2. Commercial Accountabilities:
The Testing Solution Architects have important commercial accountabilities. Solution Architects lay the foundation for an attractive outcome for both the client and for Accenture:
· Ensure appropriate scope management, delivery, and acceptance mechanisms are in proposal and eventually in contract
· Ensure key assumptions on client responsibilities are included in proposal and eventually in contract
· Identify and appropriately mitigate delivery risks within the Solution Plan and eventually in contract
· Ensure solution plans are designed to meet (or beat) cost-to-serve targets
· Develop a ‘Solution to Win’ - right solution, right way, right economics and aligned with buyer values
Testing Solution Architect must constantly balance what the client will buy, what will meet Accenture’s financial requirements, and what we can deliver. All are critical.
3. Testing Solution Architects drive adherence to the 7 Opportunity Phase Managed Delivery Principles:
Baselined Scope and Change Control. Testing Solution Architect ensures that the component of an opportunity has a clearly defined and documented baseline scope, fully consistent with the overall opportunity scope.
Estimating. Testing Solution Architect prepares the estimate, schedule, work plan, and resource/sourcing plan to deliver the baseline scope of the component of the opportunity. Assumptions around scope uncertainty are captured so that appropriate risk management techniques can be applied during contract negotiation and delivery.
Standardization. Testing Solution Architect creates a standard Solution Plan. This is a single composite work product and includes the scope definition, estimate, schedule, and sourcing strategy for the work.
QA Process. Testing Solution Architect in the Opportunity phase is involved in QA review.
Transparency and Communications. The opportunity lead works collaboratively with Testing Solution Architect to produce a compelling and differentiated solution that is fit for purpose and cost competitive. To support this, Testing Solution Architect has the necessary level of client interaction and visibility. Testing Solution Architect provides appropriate input/support during the proposal process and through contract negotiation and final agreement.
Financial Ownership. The team understands the financial goals and constraints of the end-to-end engagement. Testing Solution Architect seeks to optimize the overall cost-to-serve by leveraging the appropriate mix of delivery locations and workforces while maintaining an appropriate level of delivery risk.
Skills Required
· Good communication skills to convince the clients, speak Japanese fluently
· Estimation and Planning - Develop a comprehensive Testing Solution Plan including estimates, release plan, staffing plan, assumptions, and risks based on documented scope and a set of dependencies
· Value Creation - Leverage our company's assets and capabilities to develop compelling business propositions that meet both client and our company's commercial requirements
· Optimize cost-to-serve by leveraging all kinds of resources
· Skilled in test assessment methodology and tools
· Experience in strategy design and development for testing opportunity
· Very good understanding of testing processes and methodologies
· Very good understanding and hands-on experience with test management tools and automation tools
· Comprehensive understanding of various types of testing
· Fair understanding of the applications under test
· Fair understanding of system architecture
